Any suggestions for a coconut amino substitute?
Coconut aminos is a soy-free substitution for soy sauce. It’s milder and significantly less salty. If you’re not avoiding soy, you can just use soy sauce, but cut the initial measurement by half, then slowly add more to taste. Better to work your way up than to ruin a batch because it’s overly salty.
