Diary-Free Irish Cream Coffee Creamer
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup very strong brewed bourbon flavored coffee (We used Eight O’clock Coffee Vermont Maple Bourbon flavor)
- 2 tbsp Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
- 1 tbsp coconut milk powder
- 1 tsp Lakanto Drinking Chocolate
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Combine the almond milk and strong 1/4 cup coffee in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until hot. Add the coconut milk powder, Lakanto Powdered Sweetener, and Lakanto Drinking chocolate and continue stirring until fully dissolved and the liquid begins to thicken.Â
- Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.
- Cool to room temperature or refrigerate for iced or blended coffee drinks. Use hot or cooled for hot coffee drinks. Outstanding with Eight O’clock Coffee Vermont Maple Bourbon flavored coffee.
Notes
Refrigerate in a glass airtight container up to 5 days. Give the creamer a quick shake before using.
