Healthy Creamy Ranch Dip

Ranch dip has become a cornerstone of the modern American diet, but if you read the ingredients list, it isn’t pretty. We wanted to create a Healthy Creamy Ranch Dip with simple ingredients that taste great without all the added unidentifiable substances.

We use Fage 2% Greek yogurt as the base for a rich and creamy ranch without the added fat and calories of sour cream. Mayonnaise does not appear in any of our recipes because it’s gross. Period. So we’re here to tell you that an insanely delicious and healthy creamy ranch dip is attainable. An entire 7-ounce container of Fage 2% Greek yogurt has only 140 calories and provides 20 grams of protein.

An insanely delicious and healthy creamy ranch dip made with Greek yogurt.


  • 1 container Fage 2% Greek Yogurt (7 ounces)
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp minced fresh carrot
  • 1/2 tsp dried red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp each salt and ground black pepper
  • Thinly sliced green onion for garnish (optional)


  1. In a medium size bowl, combine yogurt, salt and pepper, dried red bell pepper, parsley, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined, then cover tightly and refrigerate 20-30 minutes before serving. 
  2. When ready to serve, stir one more time then transfer to serving dish. Garnish with green onions, if desired, and serve with fresh vegetables, root vegetable chips, grain-free crackers, or as a spread for grain-free bread.
