- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (to heat preference)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or spice jar.
- Spin in a spice grinder if you prefer a smooth consistency.
Store in an airtight glass container up to six months.
