Salt-Free Vegan Chicken Seasoning and Bouillon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Anthony’s Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tbsp dried red bell pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Lakanto Classic Sweetener
  • 3/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp dried parsley leaves
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp whole celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried rubbed sage
  • 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the dried bell peppers and all the spices in large bullet blender cup or blender pitcher. Pulse until powdered. 
  2. Add the nutritional yeast and pulse until all ingredients are powdered. Let sit 5 minutes before opening.

Notes

Store in a glass airtight container for up to 3 months.
